LAMBERT’s design of Arbor Acres’ Asbury Neighborhood in Winston-Salem incorporates a lively mix of architectural styles and materials. The 23-unit neighborhood, a blend of single homes and cluster homes, is a harmonious composition of street facades created to reflect a neighborhood that has evolved over time. Asbury is a completely walkable community with sidewalks and saved mature trees, and is centered around a small “pocket park” as a focal point.

Each home has its own outdoor space, both in front and in back or in a courtyard.
Cluster homes share courtyards and are connected by covered parking that meets in a gazebo.
