+ Corpening Building Renovation
The completion of a new Assisted Living Building on Arbor Acres campus (under the direction of LAMBERT) freed up space in this tired 1970s Corpening residence building.Arbor Acres asked LAMBERT to convert the residence hall’s existing single-room efficiencies into twenty premium, one-bedroom apartments, as well as update the building’s exterior to keep pace with the campus’ newest additions.
The exterior of this 1970s building was given a facelift, while the inside (formerly single-room efficiencies) became twenty premium one-bedroom apartments.
Small lounge area in the connection between the Fitness Center and the Corpening Residence Building.
This bi-colored hallway leads to the units on the second floor.
Upon entering a unit, residents walk into a foyer flanked by a kitchen that overlooks a living room with a bay window.
Kitchens are equipped with spacious islands with built-in sinks and a bar area for seating. A stove, refrigerator, cabinets, and closet line the outer wall of the kitchen.
Bedrooms and living rooms each contain bay windows and daylighting.
Bathrooms were included with safety showers and storage
