LAMBERT consolidated six corporate office locations into one for this not-for-profit healthcare organization. During the consolidation, LAMBERT established office and workstation standards where none had previously existed. While a big step for this organization was towards a more open office environment, there remains a large percentage of private offices, efficiently distributed around the perimeter walls.
A private foundation is affiliated with this not-for-profit healthcare organization and a separate office suite was included for this group. Finishes are related to the remainder of the space and are stepped up a notch.
A large multi-purpose meeting room is located on the second foor and is divisible into three separate meeting rooms. Lighting and audio-visual systems are capable of being combined or divided as needed. Markerboards are incorporated into the moveable walls.
Custom designed millwork incorporates an edgelit resin panel that ties into colors used throughout the space.
In their shift from a 100% private office environment to one that included open office areas, the workstation standards include high panels, glass transoms and translucent sliding doors.
Recessed accent areas to showcase artwork are located along core walls. Textures are similar, but color varies by floor to enhance wayfinding.
