+ Children's Center of NWNC

The Children’s Center of Northwest North Carolina offers a wide range of programs that foster the health of local families and support the prevention, intervention and treatment of child abuse. The new building design expands the existing building's operations and ability to provide service to a larger number of people. It features additional offices, conference rooms, and a family room. The lobby was designed to feel warm and inviting to the children and their families by featuring a central hearth. In addition the large multipurpose room with adjoining warming kitchen was planned to support the variety of education programs and family meals to the program residents in the North West North Carolina community.
