Following construction of a new building for Subaru adjacent, this former dual-brand facility is being renovated into a single-brand store for Hyundai Motors of America.    Hyundai brand standards are being incorporated into the new design.   Site circulation had to be reconsidered so the service entry point was visible from the main street.   An existing offset in floor levels had to be accommodated and made accessible.   The redesign will open up views through the facility so the service department is visible from the service lounge.
