BB&T contacted LAMBERT to help them become the first bank and commercial tenant to lease space in Nashville’s $68-million mixed-use Terrazzo building. The bank, at 5,700-square-feet, is a full-service, retail financial center, and also holds 2,500 square feet of office space for their Wealth Management Department.
A clean, contemporary design was tailored for this branch to fit into the context of this modern high-rise. Entrance to the financial facility is on the first floor.
The lobby promotes a circular design within a rectangular space. Flow within the space is visible and open.
A check-writing station and small lobby greets customers before reaching the teller stations.
Offices and a small conference room line the back wall of the space.
BB&T colors and branding were kept in place to reinforce their corporate image in this prominent location.
