Situated on a prominent corner of Sentinel Commons, the location was ideal from an access and visibility standpoint.  The designers worked closely with the homebuilder client to streamline the showroom process to help focus clients on targeted selections and move them through this process with maximum efficiency. Key to the design of this space was bridging between commercial and residential themes.  The exposed ceiling and industrial nature of the shell space provided a perfect foil for the softer side of the residential theme furnishings and details. Lighting was used to great effect to create pools of focus within the space to define functions within the open floor plan.
