This state-of-the-art fitness center addition houses an aquatic area with three pools, an exercise room with equipment, and a large multipurpose room, all surrounded by a one-twentieth of a mile indoor track for the residents of Arbor Acres.

The Fitness Center at Arbor Acres was added onto and connected to the Corpening Residence Building. Their hallways meet in the lobby.

A vaulted ceiling encloses the aquatic area - an exercise pool, lap pool, and jacuzzi. Exercise sessions are conducted in the pool with a fitness trainer for the residents.

The jetted spa has a capacity for eight people and heats up to 100 degrees.

Changing/shower rooms are adjacent to the aquatic area

The 1/20th-mile walking track was designed using low-impact flooring and circulates around the exercise and fitness room. The track offers views of the outside as well as the aquatic area.

The Equipment Room includes treadmills, an elliptical, and a leg press machine. Residents can watch shows on mounted TV monitors while completing exercise or therapy.
